Memorial Day weekend - fun in the sand

 The boys had fun playing at the beach Monday afternoon.  Ethan went fishing and caught a sunfish.  He also netted several minnows and a turtle.  Sometimes I think he enjoys using the net more than his pole!  Wesley had fun with squirt guns and sand sculpting.  Digging canals to channel water through can entertain them for hours.  Of course, they also buried each other in the sand.

Only five more days!

Well, we are coming down the home stretch!  We have 5 more days of school left!  All right, I have six since I have a teacher work day as well.  Soccer is finished, regular scout meetings have ceased and summer is right around the corner - YAY!
